When sending in a unit to be tested or repaired, be sure to include a note with your contact information (day and evening phone number with area codes!) or business card. We always recommend insuring the package for replacement value!!! and KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER!!!!!! It is relatively easy to find and remove most of the units yourself. (for directions click on "How to find and remove the ECM") You may put any personal id marks on the unit before sending it in if it makes you feel more comfortable. All units determined not repairable will be returned to the customer upon request at owners expense. Do not send money order, check, or credit card information on this note!!
